Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Butler, or Guest Service in hotel/ resort/ villa.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Friendly, well-groomed, service-oriented personality.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Provide personalized service and ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
• Prepare guest amenities and ensure rooms are ready before arrival
• Maintain accurate guest records and operational reports
