Job summary

Balinest Villa Management in Bali is seeking a dedicated Concierge/Guest Relations professional to join our remote team and assist guests with services such as airport transfers, tours, decorations, and private dining. You will coordinate requests with the on-site operations team via WhatsApp to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires at least 1 year in hospitality or customer service, good English, strong communication and problem-solving, and the ability to work independently from a remote

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fast response and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Own a personal laptop and have a stable internet connection.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and service-minded.

Responsibilities
