Qualifications

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel and work beyond standard hours.
• Committed to identifying and developing new business opportunities via client engagement and strategic sales.

Responsibilities

• Create and apply SOPs to ensure smooth reefer operations across branches.
• Support sales visits and present reefer products and company info to customers.
• Monitor daily loading and unloading activities to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Keep sales team informed about seasonal reefer products and key commodities.
• Help operations team solve technical issues with customers and internal teams.
• Provide monthly updates on ocean freight prices for cost control.
• Support business development to keep service competitive and high quality.
• Prepare monthly reports on reefer product progress for team leaders.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors.
• Keep up to date on market trends, tenders, and bidding for seasonal reefer products.
