Job summary

PT Adecco Personnel Indonesia is representing a well-established international maritime and logistics group for a Sales Manager to grow its non-asset logistics solutions business in Indonesia. This contract-based role is based in Jakarta and focuses on hunting new business opportunities across Indonesia.

You will identify, secure and develop customers, manage ocean forwarding from quote to shipment, maintain rates, and coordinate between customers and operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding experience, ISO tank knowledge preferred.
• Hunter mindset with passion for new business development.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; build rapport quickly.
• Customer-first mindset; propose right solution.
• Good time management; prioritize leads and hit targets.

Responsibilities
