Job summary

Huawei Technologies Indonesia is seeking a Vertical Solution Expert (FSI) to bridge customer banking and fintech needs with enterprise ICT solutions. You will work with Key Account Managers and internal units to shape strategy and drive digital transformation across FSI accounts.

You will engage with C-level executives, translate industry challenges into scalable cloud, data center, and networking solutions, and lead end-to-end delivery in Jakarta Selatan within a fast-paced enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience engaging with Financial Services Industry customers
• Strong background in Presales, Account Management, or Solution Consulting
• Good understanding of banking operations, fintech ecosystems, and digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with ICT solutions involving middleware, infrastructure, computing, storage, or networks
• Familiar with multi-vendor enterprise solution ecosystems in finance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with senior leadership
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Act as primary industry solution focal point for FSI enterprise accounts (banks, fintechs, financial institutions)
• Collaborate with KAMs and enterprise sales to identify opportunities and shape ICT solutions
• Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders within financial institutions
• Analyze industry challenges and digitalization needs to identify solution opportunities
• Translate pain points into scalable ICT and digital transformation offerings
• Lead scenario-based solution planning and end-to-end implementation across FSI projects
• Support cloud, data center, SD-WAN, and digital banking platforms initiatives
• Contribute to proposal development and strategic customer communications
