Job summary

Huawei Technologies seeks a Vertical Solution Expert for Financial Services to bridge customer needs with ICT solutions in banking and fintech. You will collaborate with Key Account Managers, enterprise sales, and internal units to drive strategy and digital transformation across FSI accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in FSI engagements, strong presales and consultative background, and excellent executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with FSI customers including banks, fintechs, non-bank financial institutions, or digital financial platforms.
• Strong background in Presales, Account Management, Key Account Management, Solution Consulting, or related enterprise ICT roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with senior enterprise leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary industry solution focal point for FSI enterprise accounts (banks, fintechs, financial institutions).
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and sales teams to identify opportunities, shape ICT solutions, and support project wins.
• Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders within financial institutions to translate pain points into scalable ICT/digital transformation solutions.
• Lead scenario-based solution planning and support end-to-end implementation across strategic FSI projects.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, solution, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility, competitiveness, and commercial viability.
