Job summary

MatchaTalent invites a skilled Vertical Solution Expert for the Financial Services Industry to drive ICT solutions across banks, fintechs, and financial institutions in Jakarta. You will work with Key Account Managers and sales teams to shape strategic ICT proposals and digital transformation initiatives.

This role requires deep domain knowledge in banking operations, cloud and data center technologies, and the ability to engage with C-level executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, telecom, CS or related
• Minimum 5 years in FSI client engagement
• Experience in presales, account management, or solution consulting
• Deep understanding of banking operations and fintech ecosystems
• Experience with ICT solutions: middleware, infrastructure, computing, storage, automation, enterprise networking
• Fluency in English
• Able to operate in fast-paced enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary industry solution focal for FSI accounts including banks, fintechs, and financial institutions
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and enterprise sales teams to identify opportunities and shape strategic ICT solutions
• Engage directly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
• Analyze financial industry challenges, digitalization initiatives, and transformation requirements
• Translate customer pain points into scalable ICT and digital transformation solutions
• Lead scenario-based solution planning and end-to-end implementation across FSI projects
• Support enterprise solutions related to cloud computing, data center infrastructure, SD-WAN, digital banking platforms
• Collaborate with product, R&D, solution, and delivery teams for feasibility and viability
• Participate in industry events, executive workshops, customer forums, and marketing activities
• Support proposal preparation, executive presentations, solution positioning, and communications
• Share project best practices to strengthen internal sales enablement
