Job summary

Huawei in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia, seeks a Vertical Solution Expert for the Financial Services Industry to bridge client needs with enterprise ICT solutions. You will collaborate with sales and solution units to drive digital transformation across banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.

You will engage with C-level stakeholders, translate industry challenges into scalable cloud, data center, and SD-WAN solutions, and lead end-to-end deployment on strategic FSI projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with Financial Services Industry (FSI) customers including banks, fintechs, or digital financial platforms.
• Strong background in Presales, Account Management, and Solution Consulting within enterprise ICT.
• Understanding of banking operations, financial systems, and enterprise digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud, data center, SD-WAN, and digital banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary industry solution focal point for FSI enterprise accounts including banks and fintechs.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and enterprise sales to identify opportunities and shape ICT solutions.
• Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders within financial institutions.
• Analyze financial industry challenges and transformation needs to identify solution opportunities.
• Translate pain points into scalable ICT and digital transformation solutions aligned with Huawei's portfolio.
• Lead scenario-based solution planning and support end-to-end implementation on strategic FSI projects.
• Support enterprise solutions related to cloud, data centers, SD-WAN, and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with product, R&D, solution, and delivery teams for feasibility and competitiveness.
• Participate in industry events and executive workshops to strengthen Huawei's financial sector presence.
• Assist in proposal preparation, executive presentations, and strategic communications.
