Job summary

Dijiwa Sanctuaries is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper for The Wana Desa Tanah Lot, Bali. You will oversee all housekeeping operations, lead a dedicated team, and partner with Front Office and F&B to create memorable, seamless guest experiences.

English communication is required, Indonesian skills are desirable. You will drive cleanliness and comfort, maintain high standards, and model the brand of Indonesian hospitality that defines the Dijiwa experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level or Diploma in Hospitality preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel housekeeping management.
• Fluent English; Indonesian language skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations across the property including guest rooms and public areas.
• Lead, train and inspire a housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Front Office and F&B to ensure seamless guest journeys.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at The Wana Desa Tanah Lot, a stunning boutique property nestled beside the iconic Tanah Lot temple.

As Executive Housekeeper, you will be the guardian of cleanliness and comfort across our property, ensuring every guest encounters the pristine environment that defines the Dijiwa experience. You will lead a dedicated housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence where attention to detail becomes artistry and every room tells a story of Indonesian elegance.

Your days will be filled with meaningful work: overseeing all housekeeping operations from guest rooms to public areas, training and inspiring your team to deliver service that touches hearts, and collaborating closely with the Front Office and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest journeys. You will manage inventory with care, implement sustainable practices that honor our environment, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness that our discerning guests expect.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Certification in hospitality housekeeping or facility management is advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required; Indonesian language proficiency is highly desirable.
