Qualifications

• Food safety and hygiene certification is required.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an advantage.

In this role, you will supervise daily F&B operations, leading a dedicated team to deliver seamless service that reflects the authentic warmth of Indonesian hospitality. You will be responsible for ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations, from the moment they are greeted until their departure. Your day will involve coordinating with kitchen staff to guarantee food quality, managing table settings to reflect our boutique aesthetic, and handling guest inquiries with grace and efficiency. Success in this role means maintaining our reputation for exceptional service while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. You will train and mentor service staff, conduct pre-shift briefings, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
