Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Strong proficiency in English is essential; Indonesian language skills are preferred given our local guest base. Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within front office operations is required.
