PT Logwin Air & Ocean Indonesia is expanding its sales team in Tangerang/Surabaya. We seek a driven sales executive with 3+ years in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or supply chain to promote Air & Ocean services, manage key accounts, and drive new business.

You will analyze margins, handle RFQs and tenders, build a healthy pipeline, and collaborate across functions to win complex B2B opportunities. Fluent English and strong negotiation skills are required.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry.
• Strong knowledge of Air & Ocean Freight (Import & Export) and related services.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms and international transportation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and grow Air and Sea freight services (imports and exports).
• Client analysis on gross margin, volume, and profitability; manage customer handling and complaints.
• Update CRM with activities and opportunities; cold calling and closing new business; maintain sales pipeline.
• Develop outbound sales strategy, pricing, and deal structuring; support tenders and RFQs.
• Source and qualify new business opportunities; negotiate prices for bids and proposals.
