Job summary

Cogo Port Indonesia is seeking a Sales Executive for Ocean & Air Freight to grow our client base among importers, exporters, and SMEs. You will search for new clients, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms to close deals.

You will coordinate with operations, pricing, and documentation teams, monitor market trends, and report on the pipeline. A minimum D3/S1 degree with 1–3 years of sales experience, English proficiency, and a proactive mindset are required; we offer a competitive base salary plus

Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 education from any field (Logistics, Management, International Relations, or Business preferred).
1–3 years sales experience in freight/logistics or shipping; fresh graduates with high motivation welcome.

Responsibilities

Search for and develop new clients for ocean and air freight forwarding services.
Prepare competitive price quotations and negotiate until closing.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat orders.
Coordinate with operations, pricing, and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipments.
Monitor freight rate trends, schedules, and competitors.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report pipeline regularly.
