Job summary

You should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and at least five years in international freight forwarding sales, with a preference for candidates residing in Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a Sales in an International Freight Forwarding.
• Familiar with working with Target.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end freight forwarding processes and shipment coordination.
• Preferably domiciled in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Create business proposals for new business opportunities.
• Responsible for effective onboarding of new customers.
• Hunt and approach both air freight and ocean freight business.
• Find the right target customers in the industry the company focuses on.
• Provide up-to-date information related to customer activities.
• Understand customer needs and sell the right logistics solution.
• Deliver high standards of customer service consistently.
• Organize and record financial transactions to minimize outstanding payments.
