Job summary

PT Sinar Baru Logistik is seeking a proactive sales professional to expand the customer base in the logistics and freight forwarding sector. You will identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders and sustained revenue growth.

The role requires preparing accurate quotations, logging daily activities, and providing timely order updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any major.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding.
• Basic forwarding course is preferred.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Sales oriented with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in logistics and freight forwarding to grow revenue and profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat orders.
• Prepare and provide quotations based on customers' requests and requirements.
• Record and update daily prospecting activities in the system.
• Provide customers with regular updates on their orders.
