Job summary

PT Karisma Sejahtera Logistik is hiring a Sales Executive in Tangerang to identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. You will promote freight forwarding and logistics services based on client needs and prepare quotations.

You will negotiate with clients, follow up on opportunities, and strive to achieve sales targets while providing regular sales activity updates. English proficiency and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in Freight Forwarding or Logistics
• Good understanding of freight forwarding services, shipment processes, and Incoterms
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and client management skills
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
