Job summary

Mondelez International in Indonesia seeks an Emergency Medical Officer Rapid Assessment Life Saving Care to lead maintenance planning and process improvement for packaging lines. You will manage PM systems, guide technicians, and collaborate with asset teams to ensure safe, reliable production.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical background, experience in FMCG environments, and hands-on skills with PLCs and robotics. On-site position with the Mondelēz manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AM/PM maintenance on dedicated equipment.
• Capability to lead line-level maintenance and coach technicians.
• Experience with TPM and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, process development and implementation of maintenance elements.
• Own PM systems, KPIs and line budgets.
• Develop line maintenance capability and train technicians.
