Job summary
Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a Packing and Robotic Engineer in Cikarang, Indonesia. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
- Experience in FMCG environments is preferred.
- Experience maintaining filling and packing machines.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron).
- Hands-on robotics experience is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, process development and maintenance elements for manufacturing lines.
- Own PM systems and KPIs, manage maintenance budgets and centerline settings.
- Develop preventive and time-based maintenance plans and train technicians.
- Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements and cost reduction.
- Participate in Change Management and support global technology forums.
