Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a Packing and Robotic Engineer in Cikarang, Indonesia. The role focuses on owning line technology, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement of packaging processes.

You will collaborate with line leaders to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability targets, while developing the skills of the maintenance team and driving TPM initiatives. Ideal candidates have a strong background in FMCG packaging equipment, robust PLC knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience maintaining filling/packing machines in FMCG is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron).
• Hands-on robotics experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets and ensure process stability.
• Own line technology, PM systems, and maintenance budgets; drive MTBF improvements.
• Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans; train technicians.
• Partner with Asset and Reliability teams to improve systems and lead PM centers of excellence.
