Job summary

Mondeléz International is seeking a Maintenance Lead in Indonesia to drive planned maintenance and process improvements on high-speed filling and packaging lines. You will own PM programs, centerline settings, and the line's RM budget while guiding technicians and shift teams.

You will partner with Asset and Reliability teams to implement improvements, control costs, and ensure safety and quality targets are met in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing.
• Knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron) and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Lead planned maintenance elements in a continuous improvement environment.
• Own line technology, centerline settings, PM systems and RM budget.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans and build technician capability.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements and cost reduction.
