Job summary
Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a highly skilled Maintenance Leader to drive PM/AM strategies for high-speed lines. You will lead planning, process development and maintenance execution, guiding both technical and non-technical teams toward SCTD targets.
Ideal candidates bring advanced AM/PM knowledge, PLC expertise from Allen-Bradley, Siemens or Omron, and hands-on robotics familiarity. This role anchors on-site in Indonesia with leadership responsibilities across lines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in FMCG manufacturing settings.
- Proven experience maintaining filling and packing machines.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems: Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron.
- Hands-on familiarity with robotics is advantageous.
- Lead line teams and drive TPM, AM and PM activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead planned maintenance elements in a continuous improvement environment.
- Own line technology, centerline settings and maintenance KPIs.
- Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans.
- Coach technicians and build technical capability on shifts.
- Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams on improvements.
