Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a technically skilled Maintenance Lead to drive Planned Maintenance and continuous improvement in a high-speed FMCG environment. You will manage PM/AM programs, centerline settings, and RM budgets while developing the skills of technicians and leading line teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of automation, PLCs, and robotics, with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering and FMCG experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in FMCG.
• Experience maintaining filling and packing machines.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning and continuous improvement for line(s).
• Own PM/AM systems and KPIs for lines and manage RM costs.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and build technician capabilities.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements and cost reductions.
