Job summary

Mondelēz International in Indonesia seeks a Packing and Robotic Engineer to lead maintenance strategy for packaging lines in Cikarang. You will own PM programs, centerline settings, and repairs, while guiding technicians and line leaders to sustain process stability and line performance.

You will apply advanced knowledge of AM/PM, TPM tools, and PLCs across multiple brands in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with robotics experience considered a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Expertise in preventive maintenance and TPM concepts.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley/Siemens/Omron).
• Hands-on experience with robotics is advantageous.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, process development and maintenance implementation for packaging lines.
• Own PM systems margins and centerline management for lines.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans; build maintenance skills in technicians.
• Collaborate with Asset & Reliability teams for system improvements.
• Coach line leaders and manage Change Management on lines.
