Mondelez International in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned maintenance leader for the manufacturing lines. You will own the line technology, process stability, and preventive maintenance programs while guiding shift teams and external contractors.

Successful candidates bring deep PLC familiarity (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron), FMCG background, and hands-on skills to optimize PM systems and equipment reliability across the site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Prior experience in FMCG environment is preferred.
• Experience maintaining filling and packaging machines.

Aufgaben

• Lead line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale).
• Own the technology, process, and centerline settings; manage PM/PM budget and RM costs.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans; train technicians on PM skills.
