Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a capable Maintenance Leader to steer planning, preventive maintenance and line performance for our manufacturing lines in Cikarang, Indonesia. You will manage PM programs, budgets and KPI ownership while driving safety, quality and cost targets.

You will develop, coach technicians, and align with reliability teams to implement improvements and standardize best practices across shifts and sites.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AM and PM systems with hands-on capability.
• Ability to lead a line and coach next-level SWP owners.
• Experience driving TPM and maintenance cost improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead line maintenance planning and centerline settings for stability.
• Own PM and R&M budgets and monitor maintenance KPIs.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and build technician capability.
• Collaborate with Asset & Reliability teams for improvements.
