Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a skilled Reliability Engineer to lead maintenance planning and process improvement on assigned lines in a dynamic FMCG environment. You will manage PM programs, optimize equipment performance, and develop technicians to sustain line reliability.

The role requires deep process knowledge, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing setting in Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in FMCG environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and time-based maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with filling/packing machinery a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead line teams to meet SQCDSM targets and participate in daily management meetings.
• Own maintenance technology, centerline settings, and PM/maintenance processes.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans; coach technicians.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams on system improvements and cost reduction.
