Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks an experienced Maintenance Expert to lead planned maintenance and continuous improvement for packaging lines in Indonesia. You will manage PM programs, centerline settings, and budget, while developing the skills of technicians across shifts to operate equipment independently.

You will partner with reliability teams, drive cost reductions, and share technology insights in regional forums, contributing to high-quality, safe, efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in FMCG.
• Proven experience maintaining filling and packing machines.
• Strong working knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron).
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with robotics is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner & Enable line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets and participate in shift/line level meetings.
• Own the technology, process and centerline settings for equipment and manage PM systems and budget.
• Develop and execute line preventive maintenance plans and build technician capability to operate and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvement and cost reduction; lead PM-related processes.
• Mentor PM-related subjects, support internal/external benchmarking and PM training.
