Job summary

PT Tawada Healthcare in Jakarta seeks a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead daily operations across AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements under PSAK/IFRS, monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning, and provide insights to Management for decision-making. Strong leadership and hands-on Excel/ERP skills are essential to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of F&A experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel required.

Job description

Lead and supervise daily Finance & Accounting operations, including AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK/IFRS.

Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure effective financial management.

Analyze financial performance, costs, and variances, and provide insights to Management for decision-making.

Monitor and control accounting records for purchasing, sales, inventory, and operational expenses.

Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting, including VAT, income tax, and other relevant taxes.

Ensure financial data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and internal controls.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.

Improve Finance & Accounting systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Supervise, develop, and evaluate the performance of Finance & Accounting team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related major.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or medical equipment companies is a plus.

Strong understanding of PSAK/IFRS, taxation, and accounting systems (such as Accurate, SAP, or similar).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Highly accurate, analytical, and able to handle heavy workloads and strict deadlines.

Good leadership and team management skills.
