Job summary

PT. Flexo Solusi Indonesia seeks a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in Indonesia. The role requires strong IFRS/PSAK expertise and hands-on leadership of a finance team.

The ideal candidate has a CPA/CMA, Brevet A & B, and at least 5 years in finance with 2+ in management, plus proficiency with Odoo ERP and Indonesian tax rules; English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• CPA or CMA certification is an advantage.
• Brevet A & B certification is required; Brevet C is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21/23/25/29, PPN) and hands-on tax systems experience.
• Proficiency with Odoo ERP and other accounting software.

Job description

As the Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager, you will:

Finance Responsibilities

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with business objectives.

Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Oversee cash flow management to ensure the company’s financial health and liquidity.

Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Evaluate and recommend strategies for cost optimization and financial efficiency.

Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards (PSAK, IFRS).

Accounting Responsibilities

Oversee the accounting function to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes.

Tax Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle tax compliance, covering monthly and annual obligations including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, PPh Final Article 4(2), and VAT (PPN).

Prepare, review, and file monthly and annual tax returns (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan) accurately and on time through Coretax / DJP Online.

Administer e-Faktur (VAT invoicing) and e-Bupot (withholding tax slips).

Perform fiscal reconciliation (koreksi fiskal) between commercial and tax financial statements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is an advantage.

At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21/23/25/29, PPh Final, PPN) and hands‑on experience with tax administration systems (Coretax / DJP Online, e‑Faktur, e‑Bupot).

Brevet A & B certification is required; Brevet C is an advantage.

Proven experience handling tax audits and fiscal reconciliation.

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with hands‑on knowledge of Odoo ERP.

Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proven ability to lead and develop a high‑performing finance and accounting team.

Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
