Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, cycles, journal entries, depreciation, financial statements, reconciliation, taxation and Coretax.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash and bank reconciliations with accurate recording of balances and transactions.
• Prepare and review journal entries for AP, AR, depreciation, intercompany, and other transactions with proper supporting documents.
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting, including account reconciliation, Trial Balance, inventory reconciliation, and budget monitoring.
• Handle tax accounting and reporting, including PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT/PPN, tax invoices, tax payment billing, and Unification Tax Returns through Coretax.
• Support fixed asset records, petty cash, and audit activities, including depreciation records and audit data preparation.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Good understanding of accounting principles, accounting cycles, journal entries, depreciation, financial statements, account reconciliation, taxation, particularly PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT/PPN, tax reporting, and Coretax.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

Basic to intermediate English proficiency, with strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and discipline.

Scope of Work:

Perform cash and bank reconciliation, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of bank balances and transactions.

Prepare and review journal entries for AP, AR, depreciation, intercompany transactions, and other accounting transactions with proper supporting documents.

Support monthly closing and financial reporting, including account reconciliation, Trial Balance, inventory reconciliation, and budget monitoring.

Handle tax accounting and reporting, including PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT/PPN, tax invoices, tax payment billing, and Unification Tax Returns through Coretax.

Support fixed asset, petty cash, and external audit activities, including asset and depreciation records, document management, cash opname, audit data preparation, and audit coordination.
