Job summary

PT PAM Lyonnaise Jaya (Palyja) invites an accomplished Finance & Accounting Leader to Tangerang to steer budgeting, financial reporting, and controls. You will manage the team, ensure PSAK/IFRS compliance, and coordinate external audits while partnering with management on strategic decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 7+ years in finance with 5+ in leadership, CPA/CA/ACCA is a plus, and experience with ERP and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Taxation/Business Management from a reputable university.
• 7+ years in Finance and Accounting with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, PSAK/IFRS, Tax Compliance, and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual financial strategies, work plans, and departmental targets.
• Analyze Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow prepared by the General Accounting team.
• Oversee data preparation and reconciliation for external auditors and audit adjustments.
• Manage data requests and reconciliations related to tax audits.
• Ensure PSAK/IFRS compliance, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team to achieve goals.
• Liaise with auditors, tax officers, banks, and internal management on financial matters.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or Business Management from a reputable university (Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or Brevet A/B are a plus).

Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 5 years of proven leadership experience managing a team.

Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Accounting Standards (PSAK/IFRS), Tax Compliance, and audit processes.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies, controls, and budgeting frameworks.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to accuracy, structure, and compliance.

Solid understanding of ERP or financial systems; experience with digital finance transformation is an advantage.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Develop annual financial strategies, work plans, and departmental targets.

Conduct detailed analysis of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow prepared by the General Accounting team.

Oversee and review all data preparation and reconciliation required by external auditors, including coordination of audit adjustments and finalization of audited financial statements.

Manage and evaluate data requests and reconciliations related to tax audits conducted by tax authorities.

Ensure full compliance with accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS), tax regulations, and internal controls.

Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Accounting team to achieve performance goals.

Act as the key liaison with auditors, tax officers, banks, and internal management for all financial matters.
