Job summary

PT Tawada Healthcare in Jakarta seeks a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead daily operations across AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements under PSAK/IFRS, monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning, and provide insights to Management for decision-making. Strong leadership and hands-on Excel/ERP skills are essential to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of F&A experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily Finance & Accounting operations (AP/AR, journals, reconciliations, reporting).
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual statements per PSAK/IFRS.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning for effective management.
• Analyze performance, costs, variances, and provide insights to Management.
• Oversee records for purchasing, inventory, and expenses; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and improve controls.
