Job description

The Finance & Accounting Manager oversees the entire financial, accounting, and tax processes of the company. This role ensures compliance with PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations, manages financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting, and leads the Finance & Accounting team to maintain optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

Oversee all financial, accounting, and tax processes of the company

Ensure compliance with PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations

Prepare and analyse financial reports periodically, including consolidated reports

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting

Verify invoices and payments

Develop and improve financial SOPs and systems

Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (banks, consultants, etc.)

Provide financial data for internal and external needs (audit, regulator)

Lead the Finance & Accounting team and ensure optimal team performance

Provide strategic input to management on financial and tax issues

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax

Minimum 3 years in a Supervisor/Managerial role in the same field

Brevet A & B certification (mandatory)

Experience with Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, Budgeting, Cash Flow, and Internal & External Audit

Proficiency in PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian Tax regulations

Expertise in Tax Planning, Financial Analysis, and Internal Control

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting/ERP software

Strategic and analytical thinking with proven risk management capability

Demonstrated leadership experience of 3–5 years managing teams
