Job summary

FACETOLOGY in Jakarta Selatan is looking for a financial manager to prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with tax regulations. The role requires over 5 years of experience in financial management and mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, and advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems is essential, and familiarity with inventory costing in the cosmetics industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in leadership roles.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax compliance including PPh and VAT.
• Ability to prepare and consolidate financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in line with PSAK/IFRS.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle audits.

Job description

• Prepare and review financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with PSAK/IFRS
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax)
• Handle audits and liaise with external auditors
• Maintain internal controls and support regulatory reporting
• Identify process improvements and support system/ERP implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and cash flow management
• Oversee AP/AR operations and support closing processes
• Mentor junior finance staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Have more than 5 years of experience in financial management, with prior leadership roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and/or IFRS
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax compliance: PPh 21, 22, 23, 25/29, and VAT (PPN)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboard creation)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 or equivalent)
• Ability to prepare and consolidate financial statements
• Experience in inventory costing within multi-SKU industries (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
• Exposure to treasury operations or working capital management
• Familiarity with transfer pricing documentation
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
