Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive product visibility and availability across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. The role involves owning the shelf, building retailer partnerships, and executing in-store programs across a wide Indonesian territory.

The ideal candidate will travel regularly, be on-site 6 days per week, and relocate as needed to maximize reach and growth in the market.

• Bachelor's degree (S1) with minimum GPA 2.75

• Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in your assigned territory
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth
