PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive in-store visibility and distribution across assigned Indonesian territories.

You will build strong retailer partnerships, execute trade programs, and expand product reach through GT and MT channels while traveling to multiple cities and maintaining field performance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (S1), a proactive, results-driven approach, and a willingness to relocate across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; GPA minimum 2.75

• Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
• Build strong relationships with retailers across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
• Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in your assigned territory.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth.
• Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.
