Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring brands to life through outstanding retail execution and strong partnerships in General Trade and Modern Trade channels.

This on-site role covers multiple districts in West Java and requires frequent travel and willingness to relocate within Indonesia. You will own the shelf, expand distribution, and ensure flawless activation of trade programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) with minimum GPA 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Must be willing to travel regularly and relocate across Indonesia.
• Valid SIM C and/or SIM A required.

Responsibilities

• Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability in GT & MT.
• Build strong relationships with retailers across GT and MT channels.
• Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in assigned territory.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth.
• Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.
