PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive in-store visibility and retailer partnerships across GT and MT channels.

This on-site role requires travel across Indonesia and the ability to execute trade programs, activations, and distribution expansion in assigned territories. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75, strong communication skills, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own the shelf by maximizing product visibility and availability across GT & MT outlets.
• Build strong relationships with retailers to expand distribution and reach.
• Execute trade programs and in-store activations to boost visibility.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive growth.
• Travel to assigned territories and maintain excellent execution in the field.
