PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding retail execution and strong partnerships in GT and MT channels. This on-site role covers Pekalongan and surrounding cities, with travel across Indonesia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 2.75.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willing to travel and relocate across Indonesia.
Must have valid driver's licenses SIM C or SIM A.

Responsibilities

Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
Build strong relationships with retailers across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in your assigned territory.
Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth.
Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.
