Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is looking for a Sales Consultant to generate leads and convert them into sales while presenting Ruangguru’s educational solutions to prospective customers. You will build lasting relationships, manage data in the CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

Applicants should have at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, strong communication and negotiation skills, and be willing to travel for business.

Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 education in any discipline.
Experience as a Sales Consultant is a plus.
Strong commitment to meet sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to operate Google Workspace.
Willing to travel for business.
Own smartphone and laptop.

Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers regarding Ruangguru's educational solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up progress accurately using the CRM system.
Stay updated on Ruangguru's products and educational trends to provide appropriate recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
Utilize digital tools and online platforms to deliver effective sales presentations and consultations.
