Qualifications

• Minimum Education: D3/S1 in any discipline.
• Experience as a Sales Consultant is a plus.
• Strong commitment to achieving sales targets and KPI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to operate Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel for business and field work.
• Owns a smartphone and a laptop.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers about Ruangguru's educational solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up progress using the CRM system.
• Stay updated on Ruangguru's products and educational trends to offer suitable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
• Utilize digital tools and online platforms to deliver effective sales presentations and consultations.
