Qualifications

Bachelor’s or diploma (D3/S1) required.
Experience as a Sales Consultant is a plus.
Strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace.
Willing to travel and have high mobility.
Own smartphone and laptop.

Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up progress using the CRM.
Stay updated on Ruangguru's products and educational trends to make appropriate recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
Utilize digital tools and online platforms to deliver effective sales presentations and consultations.
