Ruangguru is seeking a Sales Consultant to generate leads, present Ruangguru’s educational solutions, and build lasting customer relationships in Indonesia. You will manage sales activities, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, willingness to travel, and proficiency with Google Workspace. A smartphone and laptop are expected assets for the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in any discipline.
• Having experience working as a Sales Consultant is an added value.
• Have a strong commitment to work in the sales sector and achieve the sales targets set by the company.
• Have good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Have the ability to operate Google Workspace.
• Willing to work with high mobility and travel on business.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.

Responsabilités

• Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers regarding Ruangguru's educational solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up progress accurately using the CRM system.
• Stay updated on Ruangguru's products and educational trends to provide appropriate recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
• Utilize digital tools and online platforms to deliver effective sales presentations and consultations.
