Job summary

You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, manage data using the CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a minimum D3/S1, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel and work with high mobility.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in any discipline.
• Experience as a Sales Consultant is an added value.
• Strong commitment to work in sales and achieve targets.
• Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to operate Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel for business.
• Own smartphone and laptop.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers regarding Ruangguru's educational solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up progress accurately using the CRM system.
• Stay updated on Ruangguru's products and educational trends to provide appropriate recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
• Utilize digital tools and online platforms to deliver effective sales presentations and consultations.
