Job summary

Bukuwarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to expand our SME footprint by promoting and installing EDC machines and helping merchants enhance transaction capability. You will drive sales growth and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.

You will travel to client sites using your motorcycle, negotiate deals, meet targets, and collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings. This role requires persistence, excellent communication, and a proven track record in motorized

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Own motorcycle and valid SIM C for mobility.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing.
• Proven sales track record in relevant sectors.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand EDC installations among SMEs.
• Negotiate with clients to generate sales and secure deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to company objectives.
• Maintain relationships with merchants using EDC machines.
• Provide service and support to merchants and address concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and refine offerings.
• Document sales activities and market feedback.
