Job summary

PT Petgo Bastian is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building infrastructure at our Jakarta facilities. You will monitor performance, coordinate repairs, manage inventory, and lead housekeeping while ensuring health and safety standards are met.

The role requires a Diploma or certification in Building Services Engineering or Facilities Management and at least 3 years' supervision experience, with CMMS proficiency and strong

• Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management or building services supervision.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general infrastructure.
• Proficiency in using CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building infrastructure.
• Monitor building performance and arrange repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
• Oversee housekeeping and cleaning operations to maintain facility cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and document findings to ensure compliance with health, safety and building codes.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialist maintenance work and facilities support.
• Manage work orders and prioritise maintenance requests based on urgency and impact.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to across the facility and report any incidents or hazards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and budgets, tracking facility costs and recommending improvements.
• Train and support facility staff members on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

What we're looking for

Diploma or certification in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple maintenance projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team

Proficiency in using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Sound understanding of Indonesian building codes, regulations and occupational health and safety requirements

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of facility care
