Job summary

The Jittlada Royal Thai Cuisine in Indonesia seeks a Building Supervisor to oversee all on-site construction activities in Jakarta, ensuring work aligns with schedules, drawings, and specifications. You will supervise teams, inspect workmanship, manage materials, safety, and maintain daily logs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients, reporting progress, and resolving issues promptly while ensuring compliance with local codes and company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Building Supervisor or equivalent site supervisory role in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies throughout construction.
• Report on project progress and variances to management on a regular basis.
