Job summary

Iaas Lc is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Manager to oversee all maintenance operations, safety, and asset protection at the Jakarta facility. You will manage budgets, energy conservation, and regulatory compliance while leading the emergency response team.

The role requires a background in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing with 4+ years in engineering and maintenance, or a 2-year degree with related experience. Strong leadership and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of engineering/maintenance experience or
• a 2-year degree with 2 years of related experience and HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Engineering in the absence of the Director of Engineering.
• Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems.
• Maintains and operates equipment for optimum effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
• Establishes a rooms maintenance program and ensures compliance with policies, standards and procedures.
• Manages department expenses to meet budget goals and selects/purchases equipment and furnishings.
• Inspects facilities and coordinates renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of Engineering and supports preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintains logs/records and plans preventative maintenance schedules.
• Provides excellent guest service by resolving issues and guiding staff to deliver quality service.

**JOB SUMMARY**
Manages all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements. Leads the emergency response team for all facility issues.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.
OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 2 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.
**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
**Managing Property Operations and Engineering Budgets**
- Supervises Engineering in the absence of the Director of Engineering.
