Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Lead to ensure all buildings, grounds, and equipment are safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently on-site in Jakarta. You will oversee maintenance teams, safety compliance, and the facility budget, driving cost controls and energy savings.

The role requires 3–5+ years in facility management or building operations, with strong leadership, vendor management, and knowledge of building systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 3-5+ years experience in facility management or building operations.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good at managing vendors and budgets.
• Certification is a plus: CFM, FMP, OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and manage facilities, buildings, and work areas.
• Create and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate cleaning, security, and maintenance teams.
• Handle urgent repairs and breakdowns quickly.
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (K3, OSHA, fire safety).
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage facility budget and control costs.
• Track utility usage and find energy-cost savings.
• Manage office layout, seating, and space allocation.
• Keep records of company assets and equipment.
• Plan renovations, moves, or new facilities.

The Facility Lead is responsible for ensuring that all buildings, grounds, and equipment are safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. This role manages maintenance, vendors, safety, and budgets to support daily business operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Building & Operations Management

• Inspect and manage all facilities, buildings, and work areas
• Create and implement preventive maintenance schedules

Maintenance & Repair

• Coordinate cleaning, security, and maintenance teams
• Handle urgent repairs and breakdowns quickly
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (K3, OSHA, fire safety)
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
• Ensure emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits are available
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliersManage facility budget and control costs
• Track utility usage and find ways to save energy and cost

Space & Asset Management

• Manage office layout, seating, and space allocation
• Keep records of company assets and equipment
• Plan for renovations, moves, or new facilities
