Job summary

TITANICOM TECH LIMITED is seeking a data center professional to perform on-site 5×8 duties, respond to incidents, and ensure continuous operation of IDC infrastructure in Jakarta. The role requires solid data center knowledge and familiarity with incident management processes.

You will maintain up-to-date infrastructure records, verify alarm configurations, and participate in change management with robust problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform 5×8 on-site duty and rapid response to operational incidents per incident management specifications.
• Deliver timely incident resolution following Emergency Operating Procedures and conduct root cause analysis.
• Maintain infrastructure information, monitor alarms, and ensure availability and stability of monitoring systems.
• Identify fault points in power/HVAC/weak-current systems and drive recovery after incidents.
• Track and resolve identified risks until full closure.
• Develop and implement MOPs for internal changes and renovations, proposing optimizations as needed.

Job description

On-site Duty: Perform 5×8 IDC data center on-site duty in compliance with Alibaba requirements. Deliver rapid response to operational incidents outside working hours, arrive on-site promptly per incident management specifications, ensure stable system operation, execute emergency handling and on-site support following standards.

Basic Information Maintenance: Update and maintain complete infrastructure information with 100% accuracy. Periodically verify platform alarm configurations, and monitor the availability and stability of monitoring systems.

Incident Response & Handling: Rapidly respond to incidents and reach the site in accordance with operational incident management specifications. Resolve incidents timely following EOP (Emergency Operating Procedure), elevate accordingly until service recovery. Complete root cause analysis and incident review to close the loop fully.

Fault Localization: Be familiar with power, HVAC and weak-current architecture as well as operating principles of infrastructure within assigned IDC premises. Quickly identify fault points and drive recovery upon incidents.

Risk Management: Track and resolve all identified risks until full closure.

Maintenance & Change Management: Independently develop and implement MOP (Method of Procedure) for internal changes and renovation projects, guarantee no failures induced by change activities. Capable of proposing optimization or renovation suggestions for infrastructure monitoring, capacity, security and availability issues.

Complete other assigned relevant tasks.
